That's the last minute of Central Star Ferry Pier, which will be replaced by a new pier. The clock which is seen in the clip is a very unique because that's a very rare mechanic clock in Hong Kong nowadays, and the bells of the antique tower have marked every quarter-hour since 1957, when Hong Kong's industry was just taking off, till this moment.

The mood of "Presto - Grave - Presto" is differed from the other movements, the presto part sounds like a dance of elf. Some passages used elements form the first movement and the "Grave" appear again here shortly but contain some changes. After the "Grave", music is pushed into climax but is fallen so quickly.
