More than a year after she was removed from the bench, Judge Elizabeth Halverson is getting a full hearing on her case. The main witness on the first day of the hearing was Judge Halverson's former bailiff who broke down and cried on the stand. Reporter Mark Sayre has more.

In an exclusive video for The Sun, Valerie Halverson showed viewers a number of weird and wonderful costumes worn by characters in the SG-1 spin-off.
They include a regal gown worn by warrior leader Teyla Emmagan (Rachel Luttrell), made of leather, suede and fur, and a Samurai-style outfit worn by a friend of Ronon Dex (played by Jason Momoa).
Channel 8 Eyewitness News has obtained the 911 tapes from the night Judge Elizabeth Halverson says she was beaten by her husband. In the tapes, the suspended judge says she is hiding from him, then confronts him about the attack, all before officers arrived.
This match took place at LBOW War of All Time 2008.
It was a number one contenders match for the LBOW championship later that night.
