This video shows a sluggish a'a lava flow from the ongoing July 21 fissure eruption east of Pu'u O'o cone. The lava is flowing over a smoother pahoehoe flow from the 1980's. The hardened clinkers are constantly being floated to the front by the liquid interior. Recorded October 6, 2007.
