My Scosche SPL1000 has finally arrived! This was recorded in the corner of the room and then about 1 M from the sub. The volume was only around 5-6 bars out of 20!
My logitech Z-5300e's and Z-5500's connected together and you'll notice how the Z-5300 can move more air but the Z-5500 will play louder and deeper notes. Both systems have the volume set at 1/4 and the sub at 1/2.
My Z-5500 playing "In The Air Tonight" by Phil Collins, 30hz test tone and "808 In space" by basstube. Had ripped-up tissue stuck on the port to show air movement.
My Bose companion 2 speakers playing "Back For Good"(thanks willhub)and Bring it Back by DJ UNK. Remember that these are just 2.0 speakers and do not have a sub. They provide excellent sound quality with no tweeters and only 2 speakers. The port at the back moves a ton of air.
Test tones in order: 70hz, 65hz, 60hz, 55hz, 50hz, 45hz and 40hz. The volume wast at 1/4 and the sub was at 1/3. I positoned it directly 1 meter in front of the subwoofer.
