Since I did an arm one I thought I'd better do a leg one.
This is just some basic leg strength exercises.
Usually you do sets of 10-25 depending on how you feel.
For calfs though up to 100.

some tumbling practice with Cassie, Sarah and Lilly (all doing round off, whip); and myself (round off, whip, whip).
Good on the girls for giving it a go. Pretty sure it was all of their first time doing whips. Thought they did really well.
