This was my first and last time eating balut... for free. You may not be able to tell from the video but the balut we ate wasn't fully cooked for some reason. This took place last summer just in case you were wondering why everyone was perspiring. No, it wasn't because of the balut. That happend later during the re-birth on the toilet.
