This is the infamous Gigalypuff glitch that happens in certain stages (like Bridge of Eldin) when Jigglypuff does its Puff Up Final Smash.
I have some fun with this glitch, including the hilariously exaggerated movement Gigalypuff gets (it is possible to kill yourself by simply dodging or even doing a side smash) and certain items growing to gigantic proportions when Gigalypuff holds them.
