this is a sequencer i programmed in max using the lemur as a control interface. it sends midi info to whatever program you use. i also forgot to mention that each track can have independent timings, so varitions can span longer than just 1 bar of music.
lemur users can download it off the jazzmutant website. user name - Andrew Graham

"Phase/Cognition" - Here's a live rendering from a max/msp/jitter performance project I've been working on. The audio and the video are made in realtime (though the live version is meant for surround sound or quad speakers). Brought to you by Ben Cantil, featuring hands-on collaging by Kitty Savage.

My first useful patch in max msp, a simple 16step 16track sequencer based on a matrixcontrol grid and with a modified tutorial compressor. You open some sound flick some dot, push some button, any question?
O i almost forget it, here is the patch: http://feki00.extra. hu/stuff/primiseq.pa t

This is a self contained MAX/MSP algorithmic patch I made for my uni project. It generates music by itself based on 16step sequences, 90% of the track is generated randomly, but within boundaries that i've created. One click and it works, and it will never make the same track twice...supposedly. Takes a minute to get going properly.

Kinda weird repeater patch, after setting up it sounds cool, but it needs time to do it. A spectrometer is added to make some visual feedback of sound. I made colorfade background to the patch, just looks cool but a waste of resources, if the sound lags remove them.
