The Mullion Clock is a must-see for all Tokyo tourists. It's on the outside of the Yurakucho Mullion Bldg. (Hankyu and Seibu dept. stores), with shows every hour on the hour.
This amazing performance was part of a concert on Wed. Dec. 5, 2007, at the Sabriel Cafe in Koenji, Tokyo by Alan Patton on the accordion, saw, kazoo, etc., Satoshi Iwahara on bass, and Daisuke Jinushi on the darbukha (goblet drum). WOW ! Song's name is "Renunciation."
This clock stands above the front entrance to the Sogo department store outside the east exit of JR Kashiwa Station in Tokyo (well...Chiba to be exact)
Oh, boy, another sardine-in-a-tin-can morning crush hour experience. Ginza Line, Nihonbashi Station, Tokyo, Japan. Speaking of crowded Japanese trains, you might like this:

This amazing video was produced by Chris Valentine. The John Lennon song "Imagine" is the actual music the astronauts woke up to that morning. Two days later on Feb. 1, 2003, all seven perished upon reentry in their Columbia orbiter. Great job, Chris. This video has touched me in a very profound way. Check out more of Chris' videos here:

The very youthful septuagenarian Hiroshi Nomura, better known in Tokyo as Cowboy Bob, performs the John Denver classic in Bob's Lounge in Akasaka, Tokyo on Dec. 28, 2007. Bob's Lounge is a great karaoke spot, like a Texas museum, and a home away from home for displaced Texicans like myself ! More info here (in Japanese):

Cheers, Bob !
