This cockatiel is very old. This could be why his voice is hoarse sometimes.
He likes to see his reflection in things like brass light switch plates, so one has been hung from a wire by his cage. This video is an example of how he reacts in front of it. Quite a variety of sounds from such a small bird. From mourning to screeching to singing his heart out!
