There was some sort of festival in the park by the station tonite (2006-08-25). In the center of the park was a stage area with a live performance of taiko drums, shamisen, and traditional Japanese singing. The picture quality isn't great since it was dark, but you get the idea and you can hear the music well enough.
"Geo-Cosmos," the world's first spherical display.
