We tuned a friends moped(dirtbike) a bit :P I driving in the video and goes around 105 km/h at the top. It did about 115-120 km/h when it was as best but we did put in around 1300 USD into it so :P

When mass casting a part without a flat side, you must create a two-part mold. We create a two-part silicone rubber mold with a clean parting line and then cast the part with Repro.

These are some close up pictures of an unknown object hovering silently in my neighborhood last Spring. Had one flat side that looked black and a round side that was metallic looking (oddly I don't remember it being purple as shown). I keep waiting for it to come back.

Suzuki Bandit GSF400K vs a Suzuki DRZ400SM. The Bandit has a Beet racing exhaust header and a Scorch slipon. DRZ has a flatside carb, Bosson exhaust, airbox mod and a cam.
(1) Lubricate the die
(2) Place the Flemish Eye steel sleeves on the "Flat Side" (Notched Side)
(3) Close the dies completely.
(4) Turn the swagged sleeve 90 degrees and place the sleeve on the die to close the die completely
(5) Turn the sleeve 45 degree again and close the dies completely to make the surface of swagged sleeve smoother
