This is what happened when a group of us went for a friendly(!) game of paintball. I shot (no pun intened) the last course of the game on a digital stills camera.
Lady is squatting while wearing a long skirt. When she stands up she is accidentally standing on the skirt so it falls down. Black tights and white panties.
