The Wed night before this video was shot, I stopped by a local ball field for an hour or so. Found 4 silvers in a place that I thought was hunted out. I planned to work it hard the following Saturday. I thought the prospect of finding more silver was pretty good, so I decided to bring my video camera with me for the first time. Turned out to be a good decision :)

This is a short video of me digging a civil war minie ball from the river. It's my second day trying to film myself digging, so it's all a little shaky. There is a water spot in the beginning of the video that goes away underwater and the rest of the video is pretty cool.

Decided to not let the snow stop me from metal detecting. It was not to deep so my buddy Mitch and I decided to give it a go. We hunted two different old homesite locations. Both probably dated to around the 1890's to early 1900's.
