This is a basic sword spin. this is often in Haedong Kumdo ?? ?? and some japanese iaido. I don't use this much in my practice that much due to arthitis in my fingers and thumbs, but i noticed some people are interested in the spinning. hey it does look cool. so these are the two basic versions i know. enjoy and please practice safely at all times.
thought i'd practice outside. this cut is hard for me one because its a hard cut and two because of the joint pain in my hand. using one hand is not so enjoyable with an almost 3 pound sword.
after a few months of not practicing due to injury i decided to see how rusty i became. the goals of my practice are precision and posture. having precise body mind and sword consolidation. ki-ken-tai ki-gum-chae etc.
