3x3 144.5kg (320 pounds) deadlifts at 68kg (150 pounds), 16 years old. Was pretty good considering i got shin scapes so i mustve done something good, bit of stiff legging but not as much as last time. Didnt even wake up with a sore back today and i normally have a very sore and painful back the following day!.
