Attempted to use the Air Alert training system, but end up getting midtarsal fault on my right foot. I stopped using AA after 2 weeks.

Due to a sprained ankle back on June 22. Plyometric had to be on hold. The only option left is Powerlifting and O-lifting since it is the only training I can perform it painlessly.

After 3 months of Plyo and Weight Training. I decide to test of my reactive power to see if it had improved.
Result shows no improvement at all. Got to work harder in the follow months... may be try the beginner routine...

I have been back to lifting since my surgery. On and on, I believe I will have a long way to go before I can gain back my strength to the same level as pre-surgery. Suddenly, I notice I am lifting more and more. And before you know it, I had broken my previous record for squating!

Found a chessy "Low" rim at around 9'5" or so. Perfect for practicing foot work and dunking form.
I was able to dunk on this sort of gay rim when I was in Grade 11... nothing to be proud of now that I am old. Anyhow, it is still fun~
