The engine sound of the video in the beginning is a 350Z!!! NICE CAR... I watched it drove away...
After 3 months of Plyo and Weight Training. I decide to test of my reactive power to see if it had improved.
Result shows no improvement at all. Got to work harder in the follow months... may be try the beginner routine...

Attempted to use the Air Alert training system, but end up getting midtarsal fault on my right foot. I stopped using AA after 2 weeks.

Yesterday Jumping was so bad and I am mad about my result. I am doing it again today...
out of 50 times or so.. only 3 times is consider close to grabing the rims. Will never give up though.

I have been back to lifting since my surgery. On and on, I believe I will have a long way to go before I can gain back my strength to the same level as pre-surgery. Suddenly, I notice I am lifting more and more. And before you know it, I had broken my previous record for squating!
