RAF Anniversary Flypast VC10, C130, Spitifire, Lancaster etc from 1990 I think... we saw this twice, argh what a sight! Second time was at RAF Abingdon at one of the last BB open days.
The Mozzie comes into its own - what they did with upgrading the armament is astounding. The Molins gun has seldom been equalled until the debut of the Warthog or Frogfoot (maybe the only other one was the B25). Then there's the bouncing bomb. Gawd I love this plane.
In this clip we see just about every jet-powered aircraft the British companies produced in the heyday of the fifties. The TSR2 was perhaps ill-timed coming at the end of this era when budgets were tightening and politicians were sharpening the axe.
