Me sparring skin-touch with my bud here, who's a national/internation al level TKD-practitioner.
Been showing him the ropes in terms of using hands/boxing and I'm mainly working on my defence and countering.
I only got one and a half rounds sparrings worth, the batteries ran out on the camera.
The sparring is also light and I only taped the "warmup" rounds.
I'll see if I can get someone to film some sparring again later.

I've improved my kicking technique somewhat, without not really working much with it. It'll get alot better from now on though, I'm making progress.
I also put in me doing power cleans, jerks and split snatches for critique (1st time trying).
It was a bit light weight though, the heaviest weight being only 185lbs, which tends to make my technique a little bit sloppy.
The guy with the pants practise JKD, the other one MMA (no, I didn't mean he was naked).
EDIT: Since some of you took the title too graphic, I changed it. You should understand that this isn't a fight which shows which one "practiced" is the better one, some of you didn't, apparently.
