I dont get into the details of Durian...but I will do a proper post where its all on there.
Look out for Part 2 and 3 where we open a coconut and then combine them to create the infamous Coco-Durian Smoothie...
With the all-powerful, all-knowing Vitamix...I am able to produce a blend of freshness never before seen on youtube. Wild Aloe Vera, Tibetan Gojis, Mangoes, and seeded oranges...blend and enjoy.
Lots of add-ins available...the video explains.
Much love everyone..TELL YOUR FRIENDS!!!!
Making raw food fun and easy since 2005!!! (
Here's the lowdown...2 Bell Peppers,
2 tbls of Cocobutter, 2 tbls of Coco oil,
I carton of zico or the water of one thai coconut. A little honey or agave to taste.
Blend blend blend...a little longer on the video to make sure the coco oil warms up and mixes with the rest of the ingredients.

So great to finally do what Ive been thinking about for 5 months now. We put in about 35 trees that day. So fun.
Going green is work, but its so enjoyable.

These are the black sapotes that I started from seed...got the seeds from some fruits in Mexico city, and started them in the states. They are doing well!!! Who know what will happen to them, but Im cherishing every moment they are here with me. Sapotes like sandy soil, so the next time I transplant them, there is going to be much more sand in the mix...
Sometimes you have to get wild and improvise...

The water quality was great...not too sweet, and not sour at all.
Nowhere near as good as SE asia coconuts, but still more natural than thai coconuts.

A supremely decadent milk that I love to have with granola, or simply alone. Let it blend longer to gently warm it up. The vanilla beans are from the We Like It Raw crew and are simply amazing. LOVE IT!!!!
I recommend mastering dandelion first if you want to get into wild foods...one of the most accessible and very good for us. Study a bunch and dont eat anything you arent sure about...be careful!
