As Summer draws to a close, Strasburg's 89 is working hard with #90 (In the other video). Today 89 worked the half hour trains, putting on quite a show with her Pennsylvaina 3-Chimer
This is a video of all my fovorite shots taken this summer from Cass, Strasburg, and the New Hope and Ivyland, and set to my friend's favorite song which I heard a lot this summer. All shots were taken by me..from Strasburg, Cass, and the NH&I.
last in the 5 part series, we meet #2 at the upper switchback. unfortunately the camera died at this point, but i got it running in time to catch #2 arrive and depart cass.
also is a show of pics taken on this trip.
Yes, i do know that the shay looks funny from the outside, but i accidentally used the wrong ratio on the new camera.
MAking its debut, Mr. Murph Videos is happy to bring you a five part vitrual train ride from Cass to Spruce and return.
We ride in Shay 11s cab beginning in part three!
Quiet? Yeah right.
On this misty, foggy Augest day, 2-8-0 #40 roared with effort to haul the day's excursion trains. 40 put on a great show to make up for such misrable weather.
It was very cold today with temperatures hovering around 27 degrees.
My tripod was a bit stubborn, so some shots could have been better. I was also poorly dressed for the weather..even a 24 oz wawa coffee coundnt keep me warm, so I bagged the last run I originally planned to chase.
I didn't do as much shooting as i would have liked, but thats ok, because Everybody for the Pete Lerro charter had a lot of fun.
Enjoy, the 142 put on a good show.
While helping prepare for the upcoming charter, I took a couple minute to slack off and shoot the 7258 trackside. After the work was done, we ride with the 4:00 train in the 7258s cab.
