Played with my custom Dynasty team... the one and only PORTLAND COMETS. Unfortunately I happened to be playing the Beavs, but oh well.
Smith hits Ainsworth on the slant and it goes 75 yards for a touchdown. The Beavers (4-6) are up 10-7 over the 15th ranked Oregon Ducks. A great atmosphere at Parker Stadium and its just getting started...
The final drive, where Oregon State moves 78 yards in 25 seconds to score a touchdown with no time left. Down one, they went for two and the big upset... however the pass was tipped away and the game was over. The game still stands in the minds of many Oregon Staters though as the turning point in the program, where the team started to believe they could not only compete, but win.
Jonathan Smith throws it up and James Battle comes down with it. Down to the two yard line and setting up a Ken Simonton touchdown (highlight #3). The Beavers are hanging with the Ducks and smelling an upset.

Ducks are up 24-17 with seven minutes to go and the Beaver offense is stalling. Another 4 and out... Fessler punts it deep and Michael Fletcher misplays the ball for the Ducks. Beavers recover! Ken Simonton busts out a nice run to complete the 180 degree swing in momentum... the underdogs can taste it once more.
Ken Simonton busts through the middle for the tying touchdown with five minutes left. It's 24-24 and a wild, wild scene in Corvallis as the underdog Beavers look ripe to spring the upset.
