It's a kind of robot-car done with LEGO mindstorms NXT elements that can automatically park itself if it detects enough space between 2 objects. It has got an ultrasonic sensor that detects the length of free spaces. Then, when it detects enough space, it makes the necessary movments to park. And when you say "GO!" it returns to the road.
It is a 3 wheeled vehicle with a motor for each front wheel. A third motor is used to swing a light sensor so it can distinguish the black line from the white field and follow it.
A sound sensor makes it turn 180º with a whistle.
It's an articulated dumper made with Lego Mindstorms NXT kit. It's controlled with a joystick by-wire: you can move it forward & backward and steer it through the central articulation pivot. The load is dumped pressing the console buttons.
